THERAPY IN COLOR


One of my favorite things to do when I am having a bad/stressful day is to sit down and color in my Posh Coloring Book. It is a good way to take your attention off from anything that is bothering you and putting it into the page that you're working on. There are so many different Adult coloring books that you can purchase, like Color Me Calm or The Enchanted Forest. I purchased mine from Barnes and Noble, but you can find these coloring books at craft stores like Michaels and even at some Targets. If you find yourself feeling anxious or need a way to calm yourself down, I definitely recommend trying out color therapy. Anyways, enjoy the photos of some of my finished pages and I hope they inspire you.
